It starts with the fabric.
We receive rolls of premium knitted cotton — raw, textured, full of potential.Then we test.Before anything is cut, we stitch a sample and wash it to see how the fabric behaves. Cotton has a mind of its own. We let it speak.
Planning the cut.
Once we know how it shrinks and settles, we request the cutting layout — the plano. We decide on sizes: usually 1S, 2M, 2L, 1XL — nothing random, all thoughtful.
Cut with intention.
Precision matters. Every panel is sliced from the cutting plan and prepped for stitching.
Sewing with the future in mind.
We stitch it all together using 100% cotton thread — because the garment will be dyed after it’s stitched and the thread needs to blend into the fabric like it was always part of it.
Then we print.
Graphics are added with care. Placement, pressure, color — it’s all dialed in.
The final wash.
We wash each piece to soften the fabric, bring out the texture, and remove any trace of the printing process.
