Es difícil comprar online muchas veces , sobretodo con marcas nuevas o menos conocidas . Nos cuesta dar ese paso de confianza muchas veces pero tengo que decir que Melou no decepciona . No hablaré de la calidad de las prendas porque ya lo comprobaréis , solo que todo lo que veáis en su web y compréis , se recibe tal cual sin decepciones ni engaños . Lo que exponen es lo que recibes , y no es poco hoy en día . Darle un voto de confianza a la marca , merece la pena .

I bought two singlets that were completely different in size. On top of that L was more like XXL. Not what I was expecting at all. They also decleared the shipment double the prize I paid, which gave a lot of problems when paying import taxes.

I returned a jacket. It took several months to get a refund. I was lied to over and over again, told they were waiting on customs. Essentially, they hadn't paid the customs fees and therefore the return package was sitting in customs for that reason. All they had to do was pay the fees and the return package would have been delivered.
Worse yet, they accidentally sent me another customer's order as well. They emailed me, explained the situation, and asked me to send back the item. I happily did so, and paid from my own pocket. They said they would reimburse me the shipping costs but I had to send many emails for that too. Waited a month for reimbursement.
Lastly, the only reason I got my money back was I threatened to call my credit card company to cancel payment. Only then did I get any cooperation from them. Sadly, one of the worst companies I have ever been a customer of.
