Design isn’t born in boardrooms. It happens in motion—between workshops in Portugal, late nights in our studio in Tarifa and long hours cutting, stitching, and refining.
It’s shaped by work, by wearing, testing, and adjusting. A process of trial and error.
That’s exactly how our coverall has evolved. We didn’t sit down and sketch the perfect design—we worked in it, moved in it, and felt what needed to change.
When the cold crept into our lower backs, we added removable wool inlays—natural insulation where it matters most, keeping kidneys warm while staying breathable. Snap buttons hold the inlays securely in place, yet they’re easy to remove when conditions change.
When movement felt restricted, we widened the back and trimmed the waist, refining the fit without losing functionality. And when we found ourselves tying the sleeves around our waist, we built in a waistband adjustment—so it sits comfortably half-down, no knots, no slipping.
It’s an ongoing process—tested in workshops, on the road, and in the outdoors. We’re still putting it through rounds of real-world testing, adjusting, and refining. Only when we’re convinced it’s ready—when it’s proven its worth in day to day conditions—will we send it to Portugal for production.
