A quick update from our trip to Georgia.
Yesterday was a big one. We started from Mestia and made it up to the Koruldi Ridge at 3,300m. Hands down on one of the best views we ever had at Mt. Ushba.
The peaks in the picture mark the Georgian- Russian border, high up in the Caucasus Mountain Range.
This morning, we’re sitting around the breakfast table, reflecting on the day before and mapping out the next. We’re aiming for the nearby glacier Chalaadi — before heading deeper into the mountains.
From Georgia, with sore legs and high spirits.Your Melou Team
