Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

You will need to enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Once you have selected the items to return and confirmed the shipping address, you will receive a return label by email within 48 hours.
We use access points for these returns: Mondial Relay and InPost for all listed countries, and DHL in Germany.
If you choose to use our return service, exchanges and returns cost €10, except in Spain, where the cost is €5.
Alternatively, you can send the package using any courier service of your choice to our facilities. Returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked service. We also recommend returning the item in its original packaging. Our address is:

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. You can return the item and place a new order.
Additional return & exchange information
Shipping costs for returns and size exchanges depend on your location. Please refer to the information above.
Return and exchange shipping costs will be the same as the original delivery costs.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date. Delivery costs are non-refundable in all cases.
If you received free shipping on your order, the refund amount will be the order value minus the shipping cost covered by Melou.
Example: if your order was €200 with free shipping and we paid €10 for shipping, your refund will be €190.
Once we receive your return, processing will take up to 5 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Notes
- Gift card balances cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns on underwear and socks.
- No refunds or exchanges on past season items unless the product is damaged or faulty. Store credit will be offered if a past season item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
