Our company is located in Spain, international costumers buying from outside the EEC must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determinated by your local government. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to your local government will be refunded. International costumers are responsable for import fees due upon delivery.
Sale items: Items bought with a discount are elegible for free shipping but not for free returns or size exchanges. The costumer has to pay all the shipping costs for returning the garments to our warehouse and for sending the correct sizes in case of an exchange.

SPAIN
Main land: Free for purchases over 50€. For purchases less than 50€ delivery costs are 5€. Delivery times may take from 2 to 4 working days.
* The purchaser pays the shipping costs for returning the garments to our warehouse. In case of a size exchange the fees for sending the correct sizes to the purchaser will be paid by Melou Clothing Company.
Balearic Island: Free for purchases over 80€. For purchases less than 80€ delivery costs are 7€. Delivery times may take from 3 to 6 working days.
* The purchaser pays the shipping costs for returning the garments to our warehouse. In case of a size exchange the fees for sending the correct sizes to the purchaser will be paid by Melou Clothing Company.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: We cannot sell to this locations.
EUROPE
Europe zone 1: Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Holand, Belgium, Austria, Luxemburg, Greece, Denmark, Finland.
Free for purchases over 80€. For purchases less than this total, delivery costs are 10€. Delivery times may take from 5 to 12 working days.

Europe zone 2: Rest of the European countries.
Free for purchases over 120€. For purchases less than this total, delivery costs are 12€. Delivery times may take from 5 to 12 working days.

NORTH AMERICA (Canada, Mexico and United States): Free with purchases over 200€. For purchases less than this total delivery costs are 25€. Delivery times may take from 7 to 15 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD: Free with purchases over 250€. For purchases less than this price delivery costs are 30€. Delivery times may take from 7 to 15 working days.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return. Find all the details here.
NOTES
* If an order is not delivered due to any issue with the courier company, the customer has 60 days from the date the order was placed to file a claim. We cannot accept claims after this 60-day period.
* If a shipping company returns a package to us because the customer was repeatedly absent after several delivery attempts, we will issue a refund for the order minus the shipping costs paid to send the package. If the customer would like the items to be shipped again, a new order must be placed.
